Williams Racing Academy driver Oleksandr Bondarev ("Sasha") faces a gamified challenge to discover his distinct leadership style. With guidance from Team Principal Damon Hill, he navigates real-life motorsport scenarios and examines iconic Gulf motorsport moments where leadership played a crucial role. This leads up to a challenging leadership questionnaire designed to reveal his unique approach to leadership.

Together, Gulf and Atlassian Williams Racing will embrace challenges, push limits and continue to drive forward. Gulf will support the Williams Racing Driver Academy in achieving their dreams by inspiring them off-track to prepare them for what’s on-track.

Next Generation
The Williams Driver Academy is made up of drivers across all junior motorsport categories, from karting to Formula 2. As part of Team Elevate, Gulf will look to provide specific support to this younger generation and inspire them to reach their full potential within motorsport.
Team Elevate will look to provide guidance from various figureheads across motorsport who will share historic and iconic stories with the aim of inspiring this next generation.
Preparing Drivers Off-Track
The strain that drivers face isn’t just on-track against their competitors, it is also off-track with media, sponsors and managing their personal life. Through Team Elevate we will look to support the drivers to navigate their motorsport journey and equip them with tools and experiences that could help to ease the pressures and challenges they face at high level competition.
Prominent Figures in Motorsport
Formula 1 teams are not run by the drivers alone, they are run by a monumental collective team effort from mechanics, engineers and marketing teams. Through Team Elevate, Gulf will prepare the drivers for whatever path they may choose to take within motorsport.
We will encourage drivers to explore different aspects of motorsport to help them understand the different roles and learn what it takes for a Formula 1 car to hit the track. This will include training and unique opportunities which only Gulf can provide.
